Jessore – A motorcyclist was killed as a truck rammed his bike at Bakchar in the district town on Tuesday night.
The deceased was identified as Ajmal Hoque, 40, son of Majid Morol, a resident of Kachua area in the town. He used to work as a representative of a pharmaceutical company.Officer-in-charge of Kotwali Police Station M Ilias Hossain said Ajmal was going to the town riding his motorcycle from Murli intersection.
When Almal reached Bakchar, a truck, coming from the opposite direction, hit the bike, leaving him dead on the spot.
The body was sent to hospital morgue for autopsy. – UNB
