A BNP activist received bullet injuries as police opened fire on him while he was trying to flee after hurling petrol bombs at two buses in Shirail bus terminal area of the city on Sunday morning.The injured was identified as Rinku, a BNP activist.Police said hartal supporters torched two buses of ‘Hanif Paribahan’ by hurling petrol bombs in the bus terminal around 6am. Rinku received bullet injuries to his leg as he was trying to flee from the scene, said Alamgir Hossain, officer-in-charge of Boalmari police station. Police also recovered two petrol bombs, iron sticks and a knife from his possession. Later the injured was admitted to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital.UNB, Rajshahi
