BSF men intrude into BD, explode bombs

Members of Indian Border Security Force (BSF) intruded into Bangladesh territory and exploded sound bombs at Malkadanga Paharipara in Boda upazila on Wednesday.
Quoting locals, Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) said the BSF men, numbering  about 20, from Daikhata camp trespassed on the Bangladesh at noon and tried to take away goats of the locals.   A scuffle took place between the BSF men and the locals when as they tried to resist the BSF members.
Later, the BSF men exploded several sound bombs, creating panic among the locals.  On information, BGB men from Danakata camp rushed in and sent a letter to BSF protesting the incident.   Later, a battalion commander-level flag meeting between BGB and BSF was held in the bordering area in the afternoon to settle the matter. – UNB
