Members of Indian Border Security Force (BSF) picked up a Bangladeshi boy from
Kusumpur border point at Loraighat village in Moheshpur upazila on Wednesday
morning.
The victim was identified as Faisal, 19, son of Khokon Mondol of the village.
Jamsher Ali, company commander of Kusumpur Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) camp,
said a special patrol team of BSF caught Faisal around 6:30am as he mistakenly walked
into Indian territory to bring back his cattle.
Later, the team handed over the boy to Nonagang BSF camp.
Meanwhile, a letter was sent to the BSF camp and a flag meeting is expected be held in
this regard anytime soon, the BGB commander said. -UNB, Jhenidah
