The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court of Dhaka on Sunday deferred the hearing on charge framing against 41 BNP leaders and activists in a case filed with Ramna Model Police Station for vandalism and arson attack in front of Vikarunnisa Noon School and College on March 2, 2013.Advocate Sanaullah Mia filed petition seeking time on behalf of BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, as he could not appear in the court due to his illness, while Magistrate Masud Sheikh of the court deferred the hearing to July 17 after hearing on the plea.
