Chirkutt completes shoot of ‘Katatar’ music video

Popular Bangladeshi band Chirkutt completed the shooting of their upcoming music video “Katatar” from their album “Udhao” on Friday. Studio Dream Catcher, the production company behind the music video, confirmed the news in a recent statement.The band was planning to launch the video before Eid-ul-Fitr but posted an apology along with the poster of the track on their official Facebook page on Monday, saying: “We said that we will release our new track ‘Katatar’ from our new album ‘Udhao’ right before Eid but it has been slightly delayed for a few days as the post production is not complete yet. We deeply apologise for this. But for now you can enjoy this colorful poster of the upcoming track.”
Shamsul Arefin, founder of Studio Dream Catcher, is directing the music video, which will feature Chirkutt band members. He recently told Showtime that the video will have many surprises to it and will be released soon on YouTube. The song was performed by the band’s lead vocal Sharmin Sultana Sumi.
