A two day district level refresher and user security training on web portal digitised service for the government officials concluded at the local circuit house here on Wednesday.
Deputy Commissioner of Narsingdi Obaidul Azam inaugurated the training session on 13 August as chief guest with Additional deputy Commissioner (General) and ICT Suraiya Begum in the chair.
Pranati Biswas, Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate, Deputy Commissioner (DC) office and Younus Ali Assistant Programmer, DC office conducted the training course implemented by Ministerial division and District Administration, Narsingdi.
A total of 60 district level government officials including DC office, police Super office, Zila parishad office, Civil Surgeon office and others government offices took part in the training course.
Addressing the inaugural session of the training, Deputy Commissioner Obaidul Azam said the government has been sincerely working to materialize the dream of Digital Bangladesh to turn the country into a middle income one through reaching information technology to the doorsteps of all including the rural people. He also sought cooperation and urged all to work from respective positions to attain the cherished goal and vision 2021.
Assistant Commissioner Pranati Biswas said the participating officials were taught how to update information in National Web Portal Framework (NPP). All district level officers’ representatives represented their respective offices. All representatives uploaded their information in the training session. –Our Correspondent, Narsingdi
