Dhaka – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested a suspected drug peddler along with Yaba tablets from Darshan Deuri in Sylhet on Tuesday afternoon.Tipped off that Nizam Uddin, son of late Rashidullah of Moiar Char in the city, was selling Yaba tablets at Darshan Deuri, a team of the elite force conducted a drive there.During the drive, the Rab members arrested Nizam along with 190 pieces of the contraband pills worth Tk 76,000, said a Rab press release.Later, he was handed over to Sylhet Kotwali Police Station.UNB news agency
