DhakaQuestion paper of Dhaka University (DU) Gha unit admission test is alleged to have leaked on Thursday night and the real questions were identical to the leaked questions.A huge number of applicants got the question paper through the social media.
Journalists found that applicants were looking to the answer of the lacked question by using smart phones before entering at the exam hall.
They also receiver mails from their sources at in the early hours of Friday where the leaked question paper of the admission test was attached.
Rajkumar Joy an applicant said to the Independent that, “ Most of my friends have got the question paper and even some teachers helped their students in getting the leaked question paper.”
Acting proctor of DU Prof. M Amzad Ali said, “There is no scope of question leaking at DU. Question of the admission test is prepared in a very secured way and we have not got any objection yet. If there is any proof of question leak we will investigate.”
A tital of 98,054 students have joined the admission test in 86 exam centers both inside the campus and outside. The exam starts at 10 am where 61 students are vying for each seat.
Fifteen applicants of the admission test have been arrested for fraudulence by using a technological wireless device and two of them were DU’s students.
CID will file a case against the two students of DU who have been arrested and connected with the fraudulence.
Prof. Sadeka Halim; dean of social science faculty also coordinator of Gha Unit admission test said, “we haven’t heard about question leakage but we will not allow this.” – Staff Reporter
