Three comprehensive international exhibitions with focus on the entire textile and garment sector of the country will begin in the city on September 5. Conference and exhibition management services Ltd (CEMS) Global USA in association with CEMS Bangladesh will arrange the four-day fairs at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre. The exhibitions are 14th Textech Bangladesh 2013 International Expo, an international exhibition on textile garment technology and machinery along with concurrent exhibitions `16th Dye+Chem Bangladesh 2013 Int’l Expo’ and `7th Dhaka Int’l Yarn & Fabric Show 2013’. Nearly 450 exhibitors from over 15 countries along with important Industry Associations are expected to participate in the three exhibitions, organisers said. The exhibitions will remain open for trade and business visitors only everyday from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm upon registration at the expo venue. Commerce Minister GM Quader will inaugurate the fairs as the chief guest while the leaders of BGMEA, BKMEA and Amcham will also attend it. – UNB
