For service to a Digital Bangladesh

The incumbent government claims that they have done a lot for a Digital Bangladesh. For publicity they also waste public money as well as individual money.Recently, we have seen a directive from the primary education directorate that every government primary school will make a poster at their own cost and it must be hung on the wall of the school.
When school wall should be encouraged to put up educational posters, models and charts for students learning better, the teachers have to hang a poster for the campaign of the incumbent government. Are the incumbents not concerned about students learning?
Digital birth and death registration is very essential for Bangladesh, but we have not seen anything in this regard yet.
All departments including seats of all the government and private universities should be in website so that a student can chose his or her career and appear atone  admission test only, but he or she has to attend as many admission tests s/he can which at the cost of money and a lot of hassle.
A very important road of only 16 kilometres from Nabinagar to Chandra has not been complete yet though construction started 3 years ago. This is the corridor of the all the northern and eastern districts of Bangladesh.
Does it sound convincing when the incumbent government calls to vote them for continuing their development work?
