A day- long free eye camp for the poor was held at Raghunathpur Dighuli village in Jamalpur Sadar upazila today.Bandhu Unnoyan Sangstha, a non-government organization, arranged the eye camp at Khalilur Rahman high school in the village Doctors at the camp treated about 500 patients and prescribed medicines for them free of cost. They also selected cataract patients for operation at Jamalpur General Hospital.
Founder of the school Khalilur Rahman and President of Bandhu Unnayan Sangstha, Md. Abdul Wadud were present among others at the camp.(BSS)
