Greater change in education system needed

No one will disagree with me that bribery in the education sector has increased significantly. A few days ago when I talked with an NGO personal who has been in his job for about 10 years. He said he would have loved to take the profession to teaching from the very begining of his service life.
He knows a person who has got a teacher’s job at an upazila level college in exchange of 7 lakh taka as bribe paid to a influential member of the ruling party as well as the member of the Shool Managing Committee. He is unable to pay such amount of money to get teaching job although he was a very talented student and loves to teach pupils.
He secured the first place in recruitment test at an upazila level college. One of the members of SMC demanded a huge amount of money. But he was unable to meet the demand. The authority gave fresh advertisement later and recruited some other people as usual in exchange of bribe.
But not very long ago I knew one person who got a job in a divisional city with only tk. 20000. If a teacher has to get a job through unethical means, is it fair? This is practiced all over the country with a very few exceptions.
If the system is corrupted you have to indulge in the unethical practices. The system should be changed immediately so that teachers can offer the best of services to young people who will be the leaders of the future.
