Tangail – A grocer was stabbed to death by some miscreants at Baghil Bazar in Sadar upazila on Thursday night.Nazmul Haq Bhuiyan, officer-in-charge of Tangail Model Police Station, said a group of miscreants swooped on Abdus Sabur, 30, a grocery shop
owner and son of Abdus Sattar, when he reached in front of Baghil KK High School in the village around 10:30 pm on his way home. They stabbed Sabur indiscriminately, leaving him dead on the spot.On information, police recovered the body and sent it to sadar hospital morgue for autopsy.Police said the grocer might have been killed over previous enmity.(UNB)
