Hefazat-e Islam chief Ahmad Shah Shafi has been hospitalised.
Hefazat organising secretary Azizul Haque Islamabadi said that 93-year old Shafi has been admitted to the Khidmah Hospital in Dhaka’s Malibagh on Saturday.“He is suffering from fever and high blood pressure,” he said.
Shafi came to Dhaka from Chittagong on Friday afternoon. He had gone to a madrasa in Gazipur from the airport.-bdnews24.com
