A housewife was killed as she fell under the wheels of a truck in Noapara municipality area in Abhaynagar upazila of Jessore district on Tuesday night.The deceased was identified as Yeasmin Begum, 40, wife of Motaleb Hossain of Prembagh village in the upazila. Witnesses said Yeasmin while returning home from Khulna city along with her husband Motaleb and son Rifat on motorcycle fell down from its back while crossing a speed breaker in Noapara municipality area.At that time, a fully loaded truck crushed her, leaving her dead on the spot and injured her son Rifat.Sub-inspector Rafique confirmed the incident.Police arrested the driver of the truck and seized the vehicle. -UNB, Benapole
