On two previous occasions when Awami League came to power there was share market debacle and no proper investigation was done. An inquiry report was prepared by a noted banker, but no one was punished. A number of banks and financial institutions met with the same fate.The houses of Hindus and other minorities were attacked and torched and neither proper investigations was done, nor any one punished. BNP leaders have claimed hat no such incidents took place during their regime!
It is alleged that Hindus and minorities are the victims power politics. They are subjected to attacks to better the position of parties in the race for power.
