The Haji Camp Branch of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited has been shifted to Haji Komor Uddin Tower, Askona, Airport, Dhaka on 15 February 2021, Monday. Mohammed Monirul Moula, Managing Director and CEO of the Bank inaugurated the Branch in the new location as chief guest. Presided over by Mizanur Rahman, Head of Dhaka North Zone of the bank, Md. Saiful Islam, Joint Secretary, Director of Dhaka Hajj Office and Anisur Rahman Nayim, Councilor of Dhaka North City Corporation, addressed the program as the special guest. Saiful Islam, Head of Haji Camp Branch of the Bank addressed welcome speech while Md. Harun-or-Rashid Tarun, Member of FBCCI and Md. Shahidul Islam, businessman addressed the meeting on behalf of the clients and well-wishers. Local elites, businesspersons, dignitaries were present on the occasion.
Managing Director and CEO of the Bank Mohammed Monirul Moula said that the Bank has achieved public confidence through its activities complying Shari’ah principles and sincere services. Consequently, the Bank has collected additional twenty three thousand crore deposit even COVID-19 situation during 2020.
