Indonesia Open: Siddikur hits 2-under in 3rd round

Dhaka – Bangladesh’s pioneering golfer Siddikur Rahman played a bit better in the 3rd round of the US$ 500,000 Bank BRI Indonesia Open at the Pondok Indah Golf Course in Jakarta on Saturday.The two-time Asian Tour winner Siddikur aggregated one-under-par 215 [74-71-70] from three rounds, 16 shots behind the leader Justin Harding of South Africa.

Harding did not put a foot wrong as he carded a six-under-par 66 on third day to take a two-shot lead enroute to a 17-under-par 199 total.

Siddikur traded four birdies against two bogies for two-under-par 70 in the 3rd round, after one-under on the 2nd day and two-over on the opening day.He shared the 57th place with five other golfers, moving up from the joint 66th place.UNB
