Dhaka, Sept 26 – The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court of Dhaka yesterday deferred the date for submission of investigation report in the case filed for provocative propaganda in connection with quota reform movement. Earlier, Wednesday was fixed for submission of the investigation report. However, as the investigation officer could not submit the report Magistrate Asaduzzaman Noor of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court of Dhaka deferred the date for submission of the report to November 1.
Cyber Security and Crime Department of Police CCounter-Terrorism and Transnational Crime unit monitored various propaganda of Facebook, ID, page and group, UTUBE, TUITTER, Online News Portal, Blog, WEBSIGHT and other media.
After their monitoring, on April 11, Counter Terrorism Police Inspector SM Shahjalal filed a case with Ramna Model Police Statiion under the Information and Communication Technology Act. – Special Correspondent
