A day long workshop on Islamic Finance was held at the Board Room of Islamic Finance and Investment Limited Head Office on Sunday.Central Shariah Board for Islamic Banks of Bangladesh (CSBIB) and IFIL jointly organised the programme.
Chairman of Sariah Supervisory Committee of IFIL M Azizul Huq, CSBIB Secretary General A Q M Safiullah Arif, Managing Director Dr. Mohammed Haider Ali Miah of Exim Bank, discussed different aspects of Islamic finance with emphasis on its superiority over conventional Banking.
IFIL Chairman Hossain Mahmud, Managing Director Md. Rabiul Islam, EVP and Company Secretary, Rezauddin Ahmed, Secretary of Sariah supervisory committee of IFIL Hafez Mawlana Mufti Mujahid Hussain Yeasin and the officers of the Company were present on the occasion.
