Laxmipur -A local leader of Jubo Dal, who was arrested in a case of special power act 2014, died in the district jail early Saturday. -UNB
The deceased was identified as Ferdous Ahmed Tarek, son of Hossain Ahmed, and also Assistant Organizing Secretary of Charjangalia Union of the youth wing of BNP. As Ferdous fell sick on Friday midnight, he was taken to Laxmipur Sadar Hospital where doctor declared him dead around 3:30am, said jailer of the district jail Md Shariful Islam.
