A young man died from electrocution at Sagordari Bazar in Keshabpur upazila of Jessore district on Tuesday night.
The deceased was identified as Akram Hossain,40, son of Moslem Biswas, a resident of Madhyakul village of the upazila.
Police said Moslem came in contact with a snapped electric wire while he was working at Sagordari Bazar at night, leaving him dead on the spot.
