Gaibandha -A sexagenarian man was killed by a lightning strike at Khord Malibari Purbapara in Sadar upazila on Friday morning.Witnesses said a streak of thunderbolt struck Sirajul Islam, 60, while he was working in his crop filed around 11 am and he died on the spot.Earlier, at least 32 people were killed and six others injured in separate incidents of lightning strikes in the capital and nine districts across the country on Thursday evening when thunderstorms and rain lashed the areas.
