Dhaka – A man was beaten to death allegedly by his son-in-law at Sonaharpara village in Chatmohar upazilaon in Pabna Friday evening over a trifling matter.Limon, son of Abdul Jalil, a resident of Charpara village, came to the house of his father-in-law Abdus Sattar around6pmfollowing an altercation between his father and father-in-law, said Md Shariful Islam, officer-in-charge of Chatmohar Police Station.
Over the issue, Limon beat his father-in-law and mother-in-law indiscriminately, leaving them critically injured.Hearing the screams of the injured, neighbours rushed in and took them to Chatmohar Health Complex where Sattar succumbed to his injuries.Police detained Abdul Jalil over the incident.UNB
