A mobile court here on Sunday sentenced a man to two years imprisonment for taking hemp in Paba upazila of the district.The convict was identified as Asadul, 35, son of Belaet Hosen, a resident of Sorisahkury Dighipara of the upazila.Sariful Islam, officer-in charge of Paba Police Station, said on secret information the mobile court let by Executive Magistrate Selim Hossain conducted a drive in Huzripara union perished around 12pm and arrested Asadul.Later the court handed down the punishment to him.- UNB, Rajshahi
