Dhaka – A man was killed when a bus run over him at Gopinathpur in Sadar upazila on Wednesday.The deceased was identified as Angshu Biswas, 30, of Gopinatpur village in the upazila and a cleaner of Bangabandu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University (BSMRSTU).
Manirul Islam, officer-in-charge of Gipinathpur Police Station, said the accident took place around 8 am when Dhaka-bound bus of ‘Tungipara Express’ from Gopalganj knocked the victim down while he was standing beside the road for going to his workplace, leaving him dead on the spot.UNB
