A minor boy drowned in a ditch at Baharampur village in Baliakandi upazila on Wednesday afternoon.Locals said two-year-old Kawsar, son of Hafijul Islam, a resident of the village, slipped into the ditch beside his house in the afternoon when he was playing on its bank.
Later, family members recovered his body from the ditch after a frantic search. -UNB, Rajbari
