A minor girl was killed in a road in Sopura area of the city on Sunday afternoon.The deceased was identified as Nishita, 6, daughter of Nurul Islam of the area.Local people said the accident took place when an auto-rickshaw hit Nishita while she was crossing a road at Sopura Chayaghati in the city around 4pm. Nishita was rushed to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital where on-duty doctor declared her dead.The auto-rickshaw driver was arrested. -UNB, Rajshahi
