Mithila and Nabila, are popular TV hosts of the country. The unlikely duo has paired up for the first time. The production is a shortfilm for online platform iflix. Redwan Rony will direct the film named ‘Blood Rose’ and it will be a suspense thriller. The suspense of the film will hold viewers attention throughout its runtime, the director has said. In the drama Iresh Zaker, Monoj Pramanik also stars among others. All the individual characters continue in their own tracks only to merge up with one-another towards the end of the film through a special incident, the director concludes.
Nabila agrees with director Rony’s claims about the captivating suspense of the film adding that she never takes up a role without consulting with her husband. But this is such a film that has prompted her to take the contrary decision as she wants her husband and also the viewers to watch the film with its standout essence. This essence is the capacity to hold attention from the beginning to end.
Mithila liked the acting of Nabila in her debut film “Aynabazi”. For this reason when Rony approached her for the film she did not say ‘No.’
