Mr Bangladesh’ gets uncut censor certificate

Abu Akhter Ul Iman’s debut film “Mr Bangladesh” has received uncut censor certificate from Bangladesh Film Censor Board .  The film based on anti militancy and anti terrorism is produced and starred by Khijir Hayat Khan, director of the sports based film “Jaago” (2010). The much awaited action film is set to get its nationwide theatrical release on November, according to a recent press statement issued by the film’s production company KHK Productions.
The action thriller is based on some of the recent terrorist attacks in Bangladesh. “Mr Bangladesh” will feature Shanarei Devi Shanu alongside Khijir Hayat Khan in the lead roles. Tiger Robi, Shahriar Sajib, Shamim Hasan Sarker, Marry Ann will play other minor characters.
“Mr Bangladesh” started production during the end of 2017 and finished shooting in February. The official trailer of  the film was released on March 26 marking the independence day of Bangladesh.
The film’s screenplay was jointly written by Khijir Hayat Khan and Hasnat Piyash.
