Dhaka – Jamal Bhuiyan, the captain of Bangladesh National Football team and the skipper of the Premier Division Football Club Saif Sporting Club got married in Denmark recently.
He tied the knot in the Danish capital Copenhagen at the Golden Palace CPH, a venue for wedding ceremonies.
Saif Sporting Club Limited congratulated Jamal in its official Facebook page and shared a picture of the newly-wed couple.
“May the journey be a happy one with peace and harmony, joy and entertainment, romance and passion, May your enduring love be the crown jewel that ties together all the rest. Best Wishes to our Nation Pride JAMAL BHUYAN!!” – said Saif SC on its social media platform.
However, the identity of the bride and the date of marriage were not written on the Facebook post.
The 29-year-old Jamal Harris Bhuiyan, who was born in Danish town of Glostrup in 1990 and brought up there with his family since his arrival in Bangladesh.
He made his debut for Bangladesh National Football team against Nepal in the SAFF Championship’2013 and became the country’s first non-resident footballer to represent the national side.
He also led Bangladesh National Football team, Bangladesh Under-23 National Football team and Saif SC.
Jamal left the country for Denmark after elimination of his team Saif SC in the quarterfinal of the just concluded Federation Cup Football losing to newcomer Police FC.UNB
