Health Minister Mohammad Nasim today said that there is no possibility of holding the next general election even a day before the scheduled time of 2019.
Speaking as the chief guest at the inaugural function of triennial conference of Bogra District Awami League, he also said, “Sheikh Hasina would make a hat-trick as the Prime Minister winning the next election.”The conference was held at the Bogra District School Play Ground with president of district Awami League Momtaj Uddin in the chair.
AL joint secretary general Mahbub Ul Alam Hanif, Jahangir Kabir Nanok, MP, Abdul Manan, MP, party central leader AHM Khairuzzaman Liton, state minister for jute and textile Mirza Azam, SM Kamal Hossain, party organizing secretary Abu Sayeed Al Mahmud Swapan and Habibur Rahman, MP, addressed the function with district AL general secretary Mujibur Rahman Mojnu in the chair.
A number of proposals including announcement of Bogra pourasava as City Corporation, establishment of a full pledged university and construction of rail track from Bogra to Sirajganj were placed before the conference. – BSS
