Bhola – A minor boy was killed in a house collapse as a nor’wester swept Kumarkhali village in Lalmohan upazila on Sunday noon.The deceased was identified as Lamim, 5, son of Ansar Ali of the village.Officer-in-charge of Lalmohan Police Station Mir Khairul Kabir said Lamim was staying at his grandfather’s house at Kumarkhali village. The house collapsed during the seasonal storm, leaving him severely injured.
Later, he was taken to Lalmohan Upazila Health Complex where doctors declared him dead, the OC added.Some 20-25 houses were damaged and many trees uprooted during the storm.UNB
