Police in a drive arrested a hemp trader with 47-kg hemp from Boubazar-Balasul area under Srinagar upazila of the district last night.
The arrested was Abdul Kuddus, 35, son of Lal Miah of the same area.On a tip-off, a team of police from Srinagar thana conducted the drive in the area and arrested Rana with the hemp from his house, police sources said. A case was filed with the thana in this connection. -BSS, Munshiganj
