Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-5 in a drive arrested an alleged arms trader with a foreign made pistol and two magazines from Durlavpur village under Shibganj upazila of the district on Saturday evening.The arrested person was Masud Rana, 25, son of late Istab Ali of Jagannathpur Jaddapara of the upazila.On a tip-off, a team of the elite force conducted the drive in the area and arrested Rana with the firearms, a RAB press release said last night.A case was filed with Shibganj thana in this connection. -BSS, Chapainawabganj
