A man was killed in a road accident at Sonatunia-Boalia bus-stand on
the Mongla- Khulna Highway under Rampal upazila of the district on
Saturday evening.The deceased was identified as Abdul Motleb Hossain, 50, son of
Sarafatullah of Kadamdi village of the upazila.
Police said the accident occurred when a Mongla bound bus hit Motaleb
in the area while he was crossing the road. He died on the spot.
Being informed, police recovered the body and sent it to Bagerhat
Sadar Hospital morgue.
A case was filed with concerned thana in this connection.the
fast-food-chain, apologised for making a haze-related pun in one
promotion – “Today’s Peak Sauce Index is looking deliciously high”.
