A boy was killed as he was hit by a truck at Jhilim Bazar under
Chapainawabganj Sadar upazila on Monday night.
The victim was identified as Rubel Ahmed, 15, son of Monirul Islam of
Amnura Rail Bazar of the same upazila.
OC of Chapainawabganj Sadar thana Bazlur Rashid said, as Rubel was
crossing the road, a Chapainawabganj bound truck hit him killing him
on the spot at around 8 pm.
The driver fled away with the truck. -Our Correspondent
