An unidentified man was killed and three others were injured in a road accident in Suvashpur area of the district early Friday.Identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.M Selim Mia, officer-in-charge of Hatinmara Police Station, said a Tongibari-bound CNG-run auto-rickshaw fell into a pond after being hit by a truck coming from the opposite direction, leaving its one passenger dead on the spot and three others injured.The injured—Sujon, 32, Babul, 45, Tajul Islam, 25–were admitted to Munshiganj General Hospital.Police seized the truck but its driver managed to flee. -UNB, Munshiganj
