Dhaka- A mobile court here on Saturday sentenced a teacher to seven days jail and six more teachers were expelled for abetting the students in cheating in Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) examination in Bheramara upazila in Kushtia.Bheramara Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Sohel Maruf said a teacher, named Saiful Islam, was providing answers to short questions to the students at the exam centre of Bheramara Alim Madrasa.Later, Saiful Islam was sentenced to jail for seven days and six more teachers of the centre were expelled, he added.UNB news agency
