Over 100 human bones found at Rana Plaza ruins

Police on Saturday retrieved over 100 human bones and broken skulls from the debris of Rana Plaza at Savar, eight months after its collapse.   Street boys recovered the human remains and informed the police. ASI Kamruzzaman of Savar Model Police Station said they have collected the bones and will take necessary steps after discussions with the higher authorities.   Rana Plaza, the nine-storey complex, collapsed on April 24, killing at least 1,134 people and leaving several hundred injured and maimed.   Officer-in-charge of Savar police station Mostafa Kamal said more human remains were recovered from the site four times earlier this month. – UNB
