Unidentified miscreants hurled a petrol bomb at a police vehicle at Zero Point at Satmatha in the district town on Thursday evening.
Faizur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station, said the miscreants tossed the petrol bomb at the vehicle around 7:30 pm causing instant fire to it.
However, there is no casualty in the incident.Later, police doused the fire, the OC said, adding that the criminals attempted to terrorise the police through the bomb attack. – UNB
