Police Sergeant closed on MP’s complaint

The Superintendent of Police, Bogra, closed a police sergeant on the
allegation of local Awami League lawmaker Abdul Mannan recently.
Sources said that on the day a vehicle of a relative of the lawmaker
was held for checking its papers by Sergeant Rezaul Karim Khan Alias
Reza and at one stage the sergeant filed a case against the owner of
the vehicle.
On that day the owner of vehicle informed the lawmaker over cell-phone
and the lawmaker wanted to talk to the sergeant over cell phone but
the Sergeant showed  no interest to talk, the source said. Following
the incident, the lawmaker informed the matter to the SP and SP closed
him to sadar Traffic outpost on that day.
