Politics in bad shape says JP’s GM Kader

Dhaka – Jatiya Party senior presidium member GM Kader on Sunday expressed his sadness that politics in Bangladesh is now in a very fragile shape as the trend has changed drastically.
Speaking at a biennial council of the district unit Jatiya Party, he, however, hoped a new trend of positive politics will be initiated overcoming the current situation.“The current politics is going through a delicate condition. But, a new form of politics will emerge and Jatiya Party will play a vital role in the new politics,” the former minister said.
Kader said all political parties and the country’s people will have to play a positive role in the coming days to initiate a positive politics in the country.
He urged Jatiya Party leaders and activists to get united to make the party more vibrant and stronger one.
Kader, the younger brother of Jatiya Party chairman HM Ershad, also hoped that their party will rebound with the support of the country’s people through their positive politics in the days to come. “We hope Jatiya Party’s future will brighten in the coming days.”
Chaired by Panchagarh district unit Jatiya Party president Rezaul Karim Reza, party ex-MP and presidium member Hafizuddin Ahmed, opposition whip Shawkat Chowdhury, MP, party leader Rezaul Karim Bhuiyan and Panchagarh unit Jatiya Party general secretary Abu Salek, among others, spoke at the programme.- UNB
