Dhaka, October 6 – The Premier School Dhaka has successfully organized ‘Premier Science Exhibition-2018’ where little scientists of the school have presented their works of research and experiments. Science Exhibition plays an important role to motivate students towards Science, increases the skills of the presentation and also ensures an active learning process. Usually, the school holds lots of events throughout the academic year and this event is the flagship and exclusive in terms of teamwork and practice of subject matters. The exhibition started at 10.00 AM and ended at 3.00 PM.
The objective of the program was to provide a platform to the students to exhibit their inner talents and strengthen their knowledge of the subject matter. Students can also develop the skills of leadership and relate how to work in groups through such events.
Students from Play Group to Class IX participated in this exhibition with more than 40 different and innovative Science projects like Free energy light bulb device using salt, investigate fluid viscosity, Mini Satellite, Free energy device with the magnet, Hydroelectric power station, Robo Cleaner, walking robot from cardboard and many more. An immense number of visitors experienced the exhibition with enormous pleasure and enthusiasm.
Russell T. Ahmed, Founder & CEO at ClassTune and Sr. Vice President at BASIS visited as the chief guest, Nasima Aktar Nisa, Joint Secretary at E-Commerce Association of Bangladesh, Rezwana Khan, Director and COO at Star Computer System Limited (SCSL) were special guests.
The principal of the school Ruksana Jannat Snigdha (Uttara Campus), directors, shareholders, teachers and officials of the school were present.
Sitara Mahajebin was the event coordinator, Adeyat Lutful Arefin, Assistant Principal and Md. Asaduzzaman played a vital role to make the event successful along with all the teachers and support staff.- Press release
