Ali Abaas Zafar has made our wish true to watch Priyanka Chopra soon again on the big screen in a Bollywood film. Our desi girl is ready to star opposite bhaijaan Salman Khan in Bharat. The film is the official remake of the South Korean film, Ode To My Father. It was recently when we informed you that Salman Khan will have five different avatars in the film, we now hear that Priyanka too, may sport five different looks.Confirming the same, Ali Abbas Zafar told a daily, “PC will also sport five different looks. She will age from 28 to 60 years, while he will age from 25 to 65 years in the film. We will use a mix of prosthetics, make-up, and VFX.”
Bharat is expected to span over 70 years of history ranging from the Partition of India. It’s also said that for each of Priyanka’s look, Zafar is taking inspiration from veterans like Zeenat Aman, Parveen Babi, Sharmila Tagore and Shabana Azmi.
Ali even mentioned that Bharat will be a beautiful love story. He had earlier said, “Bharat is a mature, subtle love story and her character is the soul of the film. Priyanka stands shoulder-to-shoulder with Salman in his journey and is the catalyst who triggers what will be a turning point in the plot.”
Bharat also stars Tabu and Disha Patani in interesting roles and the film is slated for Eid, 2019 release, reports internet.
