Dhaka – A rickshaw-puller sustained bullet injuries as a bullet accidentally coming out of a police constable’s shotgun hit him in the city’s Paltan crossing on Tuesday.Sources at the Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) said rickshaw-puller identified as Md Hanif, 35, son of Fazlul Hoque, hailed from Muradnagar in Comilla, was crossing Paltan intersection at around 3:30 pm.
Suddenly a bullet came out of the shotgun of a on-duty police constable involuntarily leaving the rickshaw-puller injured. He received peelets of shotgun in his right hand, back and abdomen.
He was rushed to the DMCH where he was given first aid. – News Desk
