It is difficult to appreciate and understand Sufism fully without an informed exposure to the expressive cultural forms that help define and enhance it. Sufi music gives dimension of Islamic mysticism that transports the seeker on the path of spiritual attainment into higher states of consciousness that promise spiritual intoxication and a unique and intimate union, even annihilation, in the supreme being.

Sufi music helps you to meditate and feel quiet and peaceful, sufi artist play a very vital role in it. In some Sufi songs, the rhythm gets faster and faster and the singer reaches high musical tones helping the audience to feel a “climax” or a great feeling of ecstasy. Sufism is not Islam. Not all Muslims are Sufis.

Roohani sisters are a beautiful sufi singers mix of two equally talented performers who are at par with each other and on the same hand complement each other with their different yet same styles of singing. Such a duet sufi performance is able to combine the best of both the performers and this can be noticed when they perform together.
