Royal Tulip Seapearl Beach 5-star Hotel in Coxs Bazar

Cox’s Bazaar : Coxsbazar is the longest sandy sea beach in the world enriched with the natural beauties. Innai and Himchari are the two attractive points for tourists where a number of accommodation units are located. Inani is kilometers away from Cox’s Bazaar tourist hub beside the bay coast.
Innai is surrounded by hills in one side and on the other Bay of Bengal and can easily view the Bay. Considering the opportunities for foreign and local tourists, a 5-star chain hotel Sea Pearl Beach has been inaugurated at Innani beach on Thursday. This is the first 5-star chain hotel in Cox’s Bazar.The Royal Tulip Hotel of Netherlands and the Sea Pear Beach Resort company of Bangladesh constructed this hotel at a cost of Tk.600 crores over 5 acres of land under joint collaboration. Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu inaugurated the first ever 5-star chain hotel in Coxsbazar Innani beach.
Among others, former commerce minister Md. Faruk Khan MP, state minister for Jute & Textile Mirza Azam also spoke on the occasion. Local lawmakers Abdur Rahman Badi, Saimum Sarwar Kamal, Ashekullah FBCCI Director Monoara Hakim Ali and former President BCL Liakat Ali sikder were present in the inaugural ceremony.
Hotel Royal Tulip of Netherland will operate the hotel. Managing Director of the Sea Pearl Hotel Aminul Hoque Shamim said that the hotel consists of 964 rooms of different categories. About600 tourists can be accommodated in this hotel at a time.
The facilities of the hotel include 2 large size swimming pools, 10 thousand sq feet size banquet hall, bars, international conference hall, thai spa, beach excursion with own management of hotel, children corners, TD  video games, a number of coffee shops, fitness centres, gymnasium.
He said the minimum price of the hotel rooms of 4 persons is only Tk.9000 including breakfast He also informed that out of total investment of Tk.600 crores, owners group provide Tk.400 crores and the remaining Tk.200 cr borrowed from 9 banks of Bangladesh. Managing Director also informed that at present  only 150 room completed for  commercial operation and the balance rooms  will be completed for  full-fledged decoration within next one year.  – Our Correspondent
