Rajshahi, Feb 24 – Protesting the attack by police on Muktijoddha Sangsad Santan Command, an organization of the children of freedom fighters in Dhaka its Rajshahi University unit has observed sit-in strike programme and protesting rally on the campus on Sunday.
They observed the programs in front of the university central library at 11.00am to 01.pm on the day.
Monir Hossain, student of Islamic History and Culture department moderated the programme while the convener of the command Amor Kumar Ray Shuvo presided over.
Dr. Sarkar Sujit Kumar of Bangla department, Executive member Wahiduzzaman Likhon, Forhad Hossain, Muhtasim Billah Maruf, Zotibosu Barman and Nasir Uddin spoke at the programme.
Speaker said, the attack on the Muktijoddha Sangsad by police is a great shame for us as well as for the nation.
They also demanded the 6 points including retaining 30 percent quota system in government Job. – RU Correspondent
